The Kabul Tribune (KT) - United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres says renewable energy is the engine that can drive a just and equitable transition away from fossil fuels toward a cleaner future.
In a post on X, Guterres said the roadmap for this transition is clear, stressing that the world must triple global renewable energy capacity by 2030.
He added that a clean energy future is within reach, provided countries take swift action and make the necessary investments in the renewable energy sector.
