The Kabul Tribune (KT) — Iran’s Foreign Ministry said the country’s foreign minister held a phone call with the European Union’s foreign policy chief to discuss recent regional developments and escalating tensions.
According to the ministry, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed
Abbas Araghchi and EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas reviewed the latest
developments following what Iran described as continued “unlawful attacks” by
the United States and Israel, along with their political, security and
humanitarian consequences.
The two sides also exchanged views on the growing tensions
in the region and their potential impact on regional stability and
international security.
