The Kabul Tribune (KT) — Taliban Minister of Public Health Noor Jalal Jalali met with Sadin Yild in Kabul, requesting support for Afghanistan’s health sector, officials said.
According to the Taliban Ministry of Public Health, Sadin
assured Minister Jalali of Turkey’s assistance and encouraged the submission of
a list of essential medical equipment and healthcare needs to facilitate aid.
Sources said both sides discussed cooperation on the import
of medicines from Turkey, capacity-building for Afghan healthcare workers, and
the establishment of district-level hospitals across the country.
