The Kabul Tribune (KT) — The Taliban-run media office in Balkh province said that Uzbekistan has delivered 320 metric tons of food aid to Afghanistan on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
According to the statement, the aid was handed over to local Taliban officials at the Hairatan border crossing in northern Balkh province.
The shipment reportedly includes flour, rice, meat, cooking oil, chickpeas, and other essential food items.
